I worked with Alina Pekarsky from Virtual Home for several properties in the time I moved from NYC to Florida. The deal on moving was very complicated (1031) with a lot of limits in time and IRS restrictions. Alina was dealing with a contractor, title company, inspection and executed the deal in the best possible way. She is very professional, understands customer needs and works in the best possible way for the customer. I would like to underline that she is very reliable and always answered our questions, no matter how complicated they were.Alina will be my agent for sure for new RE projects in Palm Coast.In addition, her company also manages our investment properties and is doing a great job. I would highly recommend their management services as well.Virtual Home has direct contact with a home insurance company, and my home insurance price started to be reasonable.
