Amy is wonderful to work with. She has extensive knowledge of Lincoln and Omaha. She sold my home in Lincoln 3 years ago and was so outstanding, that I contacted Amy again when my fiancé and I built our new home in the Omaha area. Amy truly cares about her clients and I love the way she negotiated and had my back through both home selling and buying processes. I highly recommend Amy!

Amy is amazing. I bought and sold a house with her, meeting her at the open house I eventually bought. The moment I walked into the open house, I appreciated her knowledge and approach. She shared details about the property and answered questions, but I never felt pressured or forced to make a decision quickly. At the same time, she was responsive to calls and emails, answering my many questions and guiding me through the process. I am convinced that her wonderful staging helped my old house sell quickly in a market that was slowing down. Whether it is your first house or you have worked with many realtors, I strongly recommend Amy. She is trustworthy and makes the process clear and relatively painless.

Amy Briggs is an excellent realtor. We were first time home buyers relocating from Seattle to Omaha. Amy arranged the facetime walkthrough and organized the inspection date and closing date that worked perfectly for our schedule. We were first time home buyers with lots of questions. Amy was always quick to reply and very helpful. It took us almost a year to find the right house and we never felt pressured by Amy to push us into a house just to get a sale. Whenever we found a house we wanted to see Amy was great at getting a viewing as soon as possible and walking us through all the options we had when we were looking at making an offer.
