Ashley Johnson and Sam Pemberton are an unmatched team! We came to Ashley and Sam in an extremely difficult market with the pressure to sell because we had military orders elsewhere. Between the competition with new construction, high interest rates and the war going on in Iran, the market was a tough one to crack to say the least. Ashley and Sam came prepared with an action plan that they immediately put into place. Having worked with a prior realtor who completely lacked communication skills, it was very refreshing that Ashley and Sam kept in constant contact and had weekly check-ins, which made us as our first time home sellers feel so much more comfortable with the process. We ended up in the unique situation of having to move before our house sold and Ashley and Sam took care of the yard maintenance in our absence, among many other "favors." Shortly after our move we were met with competing offers and Ashley and Sam had in depth phone conversations outlining the pros and cons of each offer, ultimately guiding us to the right decision for us and reaching a successful closing date.
