Bradley was professional and responsive in helping me sell my rental property. The prep process took longer than expected. Bradley had helpful recommendations for items to repair and I added a few additional to get the place ready to sell. It all paid off as I received a strong offer the same day we listed the property! Bradley handled the sale of my home with the utmost level of professionalism. He organized everything immediately to list the house quickly, handled it all while I was abroad, and we had two great offers within days of it hitting the market.
