Brian was ran through the wringer with our property. Unique artistic home in a private country subdivision with SBA7a involvement with the property and a timeline that never allowed rest. Our home sold in 2 days but the buyer withdrew 3 days prior to closing. Within another 2 days, Brian had a cash offer for more money and we closed a little over a week later. It was an incredible turnaround after months of exhaustive efforts. It resulted in a home sold for 50% more than local comps (primarily due to its plentiful features) in about the timeframe we targeted 90 days ago. Brian maintains professionalism, stays committed, and can handle the stress of luxury real-estate. Not only did he pulled together this miracle, he dual agented the deal finding the buyer that custom unique home they were looking for and selling ours. That is difficult to do one side let alone both. Just absolutely impressed. Some agents are high commission door unlockers. Brian helped me through viewing SEVERAL homes this last year. We spent a lot of time discussing the market. We had the opportunity to go forward on a home but due to my personal finances suddenly changing i had to make a difficult decision and not pursue purchasing a home at this time. But Brian did not stop there. he advised me that waiting for a better time would set me up for success financially but also prepare me mentally for the next time. i came out of this shattered initially and worried but i am grateful for a realtor whose also now my friend.

Brian is very shady he made us feel comfortable and confident in the home buying process , we trusted him as a realtor to help guide us with his knowledge . We ended up using his inspector who he highly recommended . He walked the house blind giving us the all clear . It wasn’t until it was to late after closing that we discovered the plumbing hell we were left with that was impossible for any inspector to miss. We lost out on thousands of dollars and our chance to fairly negotiate because of his need to make a quick sale.

As a first-time homeowner, I had no shortage of questions, and Brian helped guide me and my Partner through every step of the process.Brian’s intimate knowledge of the Grand Ledge / Lansing area (our search region) was apparent through both his ability to answer questions as well as his penchant to give thoughtful recommendations.Brian was very receptive of our criticisms for certain houses (location, age, yard, etc.) and adapted quickly.I had only one day I could visit the area for house tours, and Brian was very accommodating and attentive during scheduling. Brian Kasper made this entire process of buying my first home EXTREMELY easy. I was told that it would be a much more difficult time finding a house, getting to closing, working with the sellers, etc. but Brian took care of all that with ease. At the first meeting, he came off as any normal salesman would, a little sly, smooth talking, but when he laid out his expectations and what he was going to do to help me out, that got me interested. Sure enough, Brian followed through on everything that he told me the first day I met him. 10/10 recommendation to anyone that wants a straightforward, no crap/no lies, home buying process.
