Cesar sold our home in 3 days for $11K over the asking price. We live out of town and were concerned about choosing an agent sight unseen. We reached out to Cesar after reviewing houses sold in the area and noticing that he had sold a lot of them. By the time we talked the day after sending him an email, he had already looked at our home and was knowledgable about the home, the neighborhood and the market. In addition, Cesar was considerate of our intuitions, financial goals, and preferred timeframes in coming up with a strategy. Cesar was personally involved every step of the way. However, his staff, specifically Hilda, was terrific in ensuring that everything was done correctly. It was unbelievable how easy and successful this transaction turned out to be. Who would have thought we would be able to close a real estate deal in the middle of a Pandemic! My husband and I had no idea what the process was to sell a house, so we contacted Cesar based on his stellar reviews and reputation within the community. From our very first meeting, we knew Cesar was the right person for the job. His good-natured attitude and approach, made us feel confident that we would get our house sold despite the circumstances and did it ever! Our property was listed on Friday afternoon and under contract by the following Tuesday morning!
