My husband and I first met Cord in 2021. We were fresh college graduates with very limited funds, looking to buy our first home on an FHA loan. Despite being one of the most prominent realtors in the area, Cord never made us feel like we weren't a priority for him. He worked hard with our limitations to find us a very sweet house to begin our marriage. He was incredibly responsive, very kind, and insanely knowledgeable about the market, local listings, and guided us through the very overwhelming home-buying process. Five years later, my husband and I decided we needed room for our family to grow, so we once again enlisted Cord's expertise. He was very upfront with us and helped us manage our expectations regarding our budget, while building a portfolio of properties that consistently met our criteria. When we found a potential dream home a bit earlier than we expected, Cord helped us put in a contingency offer while we fast-tracked the sale of our first home. This was again a potentially risky and overwhelming process. However, with Cord's guidance, that dream home became a reality. Cord and his team were incredibly mindful and professional when it came to the sale of our home, from pictures of the property, to showings, all the way to the final closing date. They even went so far as to walk our dogs in order to accommodate a mid-day showing while we were at work, and we don't trust our dogs with many people!After two purchases and one sale with Cord, we could not imagine ever working with someone else. Truly, he feels more like a friend than our realtor! He has been a huge part of several milestones in our lives, and we couldn't be more grateful to him.

Excellent experience with Cord; he helped guide the home search away from properties that would legitimately have not been ideal investments despite my enthusiasm for them. I cannot recommend Cord enough as a buyer's agent. He was so patient with me as I scoured the market for something that met my particular needs. He was very detail oriented and thorough in his evaluation of homes and his connections with quality local services like inspectors, roofers, etc cannot be understated. Cord is a skilled negotiator and helped me get a very good price on my new home. He was truly a pleasure to work with and get to know!

We bought and sold in Athens, GA through Cord. When buying, we initially had to rely on him online via Zillow (from out of state). And when selling, I had to rely on him again while having picked up and left the state. On both ends he was excellent. He gives sound advice and was thoroughly reliable.
