We came across Janel by God’s doing, she was the agent on a house we wanted to see. We were a bit hesitant to have the same realtor as the seller, until the minute we spoke to Janel and could tell she was so trustworthy and knowledgeable. As first time homebuyers, she made the process as easy as humanly possible, assuring us if we didn’t get this house she would help us find another no problem. She was a true blessing to people like us who had no idea what we were doing. It was easy to tell it wasn’t her first rodeo! From her professional custom packets on home-buying to her confident and kind demeanor, my husband and I never once worried about where we were at in the process. Her level of detail from start to finish has been outstanding. My one piece of advice: Take any referral she gives you. Everyone she connected us with had service that was above and beyond. I tell everyone now that if they are buying or selling they need to connect with Janel!!
