Jeremy helped me from start to finish in every aspect of selling my home. He knew exactly what needed to be done or wasn't important to do as far as getting my house ready to list and sell. If there was something needing to be done or fixed, he knew someone in every field we needed. He was very responsive and honest about any questions or concerns we had. I liked his flat fee and that he provided me with very accurate costs associated with closing so I had a really good idea of what I actually had to pay.

Jeremy and Gina were great to work with. They did an outstanding job getting our house sold, with great marketing and lots of house showings. Jeremy went above and beyond to assist the process when the Buyer's Agent caused several issues. He answered our many calls and texts promptly to keep us updated and explain any developments. Bonus that we also saved money with their flat fee commission. I would highly recommend Jeremy!

Wow! Jeremy not only saved us several thousand in listing commission but also gave us so much peace of mind and confidence during the process of selling! We had our own complications when initially listing and we called him to save the day.
