We worked with Jess to sell our home and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The full service package included a staging consultation, a pre-closing cleaning, and reliable recommendations for tradespeople to prep the house. Jess’s assistant Jinky was in constant contact and both Jess and Jinky were extremely responsive. They got back to us same day every time we reached out. Weekends included! Jess was patient and consultative when we were nervous about aspects of selling — her experience and calm guidance made a big difference.Their marketing machine clearly works: we received an offer OVER asking within 48 hours of listing. The team handled everything through closing, which allowed us to move across the country before the buyers even signed. When a stressful issue came up during the final walkthrough (we forgot to leave the keys in the lockbox), Jess immediately arranged and paid for a locksmith so signing could proceed as scheduled.
