What sets her apart is that she understands far more than just the real estate transaction, she understands the investment strategy behind every decision.She is responsive, knowledgeable, and an exceptional negotiator. Throughout every deal, she stayed on top of the details, communicated clearly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Whether we were evaluating opportunities, negotiating terms, or navigating the closing process, I always felt confident knowing she was representing my interests.What I appreciate most is that Jessica thinks like an investor. Jessica did an amazing job for me. I don't normally write reviews on anything, but I want to give credit where credit is due.My home selling journey was a bit complicated prior to meeting with Jessica. I was extremely clear about what I was looking for and not looking for with a realtor and communicated this to her. What I think is different about Jessica is SHE ACTUALLY LISTENS AND RESPONDS ACCORDINGLY. Home selling is a complicated process filled with stress, anxiety, setbacks and delays. Can't escape that no matter who you are. The two things I absolutely loved about working with her direct answers and timely responses. For me personally, I don't care whether the news is positive or negative; I just want the facts regardless of what they are and want them timely. That's it. I explained that on day 1 with Jessica and she never disappointed on that front. I got the news, I got it quick, sometimes good, sometimes bad, but always timely.Realtors can't really change the outcome but they can curate the experience. Jessica is fantastic at that. I was not local as my house was being marketed. Certain conditions would arise that would be challenging for me to deal with from a distance, but Jessica took care of it everytime. I mean EVERYTIME. Without complaint or pushback (which is so rare in the real estate business). She handled issues with the homebuilder which saved the deal, and was fantastic about working with me when we had issues come up late in the process.Jessica is a great realtor and an asset to the Lubbock real estate community. There are many bad examples; she is definitely one of the good ones! Save yourself the headache and hire her from the beginning.

We cannot say enough great things about Jessica. From start to finish , she went above and beyond to help us through every challenge and setback during the sale of our home. No matter what came up, she stayed positive , professional and always kept us informed through the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful, but Jessica made us feel supported every step of the way and truly fought for us to make sure everything worked out. Her dedication, patience and knowledge and hard work made a difference. She has been so kind and understanding about what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect house. Jessica is absolutely incredible!She is so nice, so sweet, very understanding and very knowledgeable. She was very patient with me, as I don’t know all the lingo. Unfortunately, my experience with Jessica was disappointing and ultimately led me to work with a different agent. In previous real estate transactions, I’ve consistently had positive experiences with seller agents, which made this situation particularly surprising.After an excellent initial conversation, we agreed to move forward with her serving as the listing agent. Per her request, I promptly provided all necessary information. However, after several days without any follow-up, I reached out to check on the status. Jessica explained that someone in the office may have forgotten to send the CMA and listing information, and she assured me it would be handled immediately.After waiting several more days without receiving anything, I contacted her again. My call was declined, and I was told I would receive a callback, which unfortunately never happened. At that point, I decided it was best to move forward with another agent.I understand that delays and miscommunications can happen, but the lack of follow-through and communication throughout the process was frustrating and unprofessional. Given her leadership role within the agency, I expected a much higher level of responsiveness and client care.
