I can't recommend Jonathan Bunch enough! From the very beginning of my home-buying journey all the way through closing, he was absolutely amazing. He made the entire process feel much less overwhelming by taking the time to answer my questions, explain each step, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way.Jonathan is incredibly easy to talk to and genuinely cares about his clients. Even though he's a very popular and busy realtor, he always made me feel seen, heard, and like my home purchase was a priority. Jonathan was a wonderful agent for us. We are VA loan and he was a very well-versed with the ins an outs of this type of loan requirements. He’s licensed in the Mississippi and Tennessee area and we were looking in both since we are on the border. He was extremely communicative and we never waited more than a few hours to hear back from him.
