This agency was very responsive to my inquiries, and Matt came to our condo himself to help with estimates and inspections. Kelly, Matts agent, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and she was very nice and a delight to deal with. Kelly and Crystal handled virtually every aspect of the sale, including all the paperwork that was specific to a condo sale and dealing with the condo association. Matt, Kelly, and Crystal were great to have on our side, and I would highly recommend these people and the agency if you're in the market for a realtor.

Ben Barber was an excellent agent very professional and kept us updated throughout the process. He priced our property correctly and we had a lot of activity and two offers within a couple of days. One was considerably over the asking and was accepted. The photos/video put together looked great. Also crystal was on the ball and kept us well informed during the process. I would recommend them to anyone job well done
