Mike did an outstanding job listing our home of 29 years. The listing was beyond words from the staging, pics and videos. Mike will be there for every situation with a knowledgeable and straightforward approach. He only uses the most reputable people to prepare a property . The total experience had some challenges but Mike was always there to help find a solution. I would consider him one of the very top agents in the area.

We've used Michael Bloch three times: twice as a buyers agent and once as a sellers agent. While his style is low-key, he was always very responsive to our questions and quick to address any issues which came up along the way. All of the contractors he arranged (e.g. stager, cleaners, etc) were professional and reasonably priced. We strongly recommend his team!

Mike Bloch is an exceptional Realtor, and in fact, made my wife and I feel like we were his only clients. His communication, attention to detail, and genuine care went above and beyond our expectations. It was important for us to list our condo at a realistic price and strike a balance between a quick sale and getting the most money we could for it. Because Mike lives and works in our neighborhood, he knows the local market extremely well, and guided us confidently through every step, from pricing, to marketing, to negotiating, to closing. We really enjoyed working with Mike and his team. Mike was very responsive to all of my calls and emails and took care of all of the details quickly and efficiently. He was very approachable and talked me through every aspect of the process. We were selling from afar, so we couldn’t do any of the hands-on things that needed to be done before we sold. Mike had people who took care of everything for us. They also helped us make design decisions and upgrades which led us to selling our house for far above asking price. My family was blown away at how good the house looked based on what Mike and his team recommended. Mike went above and beyond and truly was full service. I couldn’t recommend him enough!
