My experience working with Michael came was rich! I had reached out to Mr. Kaim after waiting for the Lord to tell me what Realtor he wanted me to use to sell my home in Mentor on the lake Ohio. That’s how it worked when I moved to Ohio from Colorado a little over two years ago. Both agents. That said Michael could not have been kinder, more professional, and I’d honestly have to say a bit adventurous because you know I told him he came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Of course I told him God told me to use him and he did. The results confirm that. It was a journey the buyer on my home which it sold fast had issues that were not disclosed to my agent so my sale did not close on time the first one, and it was extended two times, but during this time and times like this is when you truly see, not only the professionalism, but the determination of the team you’re working with. I was literally falling apart and yet somehow we all managed. The team that I worked with was Michael, who again I’ve prayed for him because I know that God always does way more than one thing in any given situation see the story of feeding the multitude, he’s still doing that today I promise, I do believe this made Michael uncomfortable when I told him that, but he reminded me his motto for his team is work hard and be kind and that’s what they do. This time God had me use the BEST that was pretty obvious and how they handled everything. He’s very diplomatic. I would have Michael and his team sell my property again. The team I worked with and I would like to express that they were all amazing. Patty seem to manage the whole transaction it seemed and then Missy was the closing coordinator, she is solid. I felt her in my corner the whole time. I also felt their excitement for me when it closed. It was a long drawn out process, and it ended up being so much SWEETER for me in the end! From the moment, my friend and I met Michael we knew he would be a good match for the sale of my home. Michael and his family are the kind of people that you very rarely run into in a lifetime. They are carrying kind and go far beyond what is needed to get the job done. And he did. My house was sold almost immediately. He sold it to someone that was perfect for occupying my home. It was a perfect match. The process all the way through the end was effortless on my part. Michael and his team took care of everything and helped me through the process of selling this home. I would highly recommend them. They are both personal and professional at the same time. You would be very glad you did use this company. We are out of state investors and Michael sent us a package in the mail when our listing contract expired with the previous brokerage we were working with. Since the first call, Michael listened to us and listened to our frustration of not knowing how it is that a home that was completely remodeled had sat on the market for so long. Michael had a lot of knowledge about the area and was very confident that he can sell the home. His transparency and his pro-active approach made us feel very confident that he would get the job done. After sitting on the market for over 6 months on the market with the previous broker, Michael was able to sell this home in the first month with a very well qualified buyer. Who you work with makes all the difference in real estate. The transaction was very smooth and easy. We would highly recommend Michael to any other out of state investor looking to buy or sell in the Euclid, OH area.

Just a wonderful customer experience with the Kaim Team on a recent property they sold for me, as selling agent. Sold at a great/fair price and sold very quickly (under contract in 4 days from listing and closed in a month after). Michael was fully engaged in communications/negotiations between buyer/seller and very informative to me in stuff I had no clue of. Created a lot of fairness and transparency. Michael was also super engaged and fully supported me in getting the property market ready and attractive to buyers (made himself available via text/phone always). From updates I needed to design recommendations, extremely appreciative. Missy and Patti were a joy to work with on the back end stuff. They supported me through out the month with everything I needed to do regarding paperwork, point of sale process, liaison with title company and much more. Very much appreciate you all!

Michael and his team were great. My Dad was one of Michael’s earliest clients in the late 90’s and he and my stepmom always were happy working with his team over the decades. So I’ve dealt with Michael and his team indirectly over the years. My wife and I decided to go with Michael and we are glad we did. He always had our best interest in mind and he never rushed us to make an offer, to counter or anything. He’s a very busy guy, but he was never too busy for us and he would tell me that. His whole team was very responsive, friendly and professional. We plan on buying more properties in the near future. We will 100% be going with Michael and his team for all of our future real estate transactions. Great Job Michael and team.

Michael was great! Our home was for sale by owner initially and when we decided it was best to get an agent, we entrusted our home selling process with Michael. He was very patient with us during a very stressful time, considering we needed to sell our home fast to buy our new home. We thought Michael could have been more responsive in the very beginning but when we needed him, he was always there. He is very knowledgeable about selling and buying real estate and does so with empathy and compassion. I would recommend Michael and his team for sure!

My mom recently sold her house with Michael Kaim and we had a great experience. Michael went out of his way to make my elderly mom feel comfortable with the sale and asking pricing, visiting her house more than once. After the house was listed, it was sold in 21 days — amazing. We had quite a bit of foot traffic through the house for those 3 weeks and took the best offer. And his team was extraordinary in helping us through the process. I live out of state and his team was very good about communicating with me, keeping me informed and walking me (and my mom) through the entire process.
