Zac and Miranda were amazing to work with to buy a home in Lexington. They are very knowledgeable about Lexington and surrounding areas and are experts with the entire buying process. They took time to get to know me, my needs/wants in a home, and my circumstances as they relate to buying. Throughout the whole process, they were very patient and understanding, never made me feel pressured, and offered guidance, advice, and sometimes just a listening ear. They went above and beyond in many ways - Zac must have shown me at least 50 homes in different towns! They even connected with my realtor in another state to see if they could offer tips or ideas to help sell my home there. Beyond all this, what has really stood out to me is how well connected the team is across Lexington. They have referrals for every type of service you could need and their connections respond quickly knowing you're working with Miranda & Zac. Being new to the area, they've shared recommendations for things to do in Lexington and have invited me to several community events. The Kentucky Home Team shows that they really care about you as a client and want to help welcome you to both your new home and the Lexington community. I'd strongly recommend working with them!

As Kentucky homebuyers coming from Illinois we were so pleased with the whole buying process with the Kentucky Home Team. We weren’t sure how it would work buying a home in another state but after visiting them in their office and talking with them about what we were looking for, they went to work for us. Miranda and Tyler’s communication and updates were excellent. Tyler was very knowledgeable and he was a great resource when we were looking at homes. They did a great job arranging all the necessary appointments and once we found our home, they were great negotiators on our behalf. After we moved in, they were very helpful with references for work we wanted done. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience! They were kind, considerate, and professional and I would highly recommend the Kentucky Home Team!
