Monica was recommended to me to help me with selling my mother's house after her passing. Since I do not live in the Rio Grande Valley, it was very important for me to find someone who was knowledgeable of the area, someone patient with my 1001 questions and someone with good communication skills.I found all of that and more in Monica. Her responsiveness in particular is outstanding. I never had to wait very long to get a response either on the phone, email or text. For someone who was managing this from a distance this was a huge benefit. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally and I recommend her services highly.

This was our first time to sell a property, always having been in the buyers seat, we were looking for someone to help us through the entire process. Monica was at our property the day after our initial call to her, she made a thorough and speedy assessment of our home and within an hour was able to give us a good asking price, that very same evening she sent out their photographer and the next day our property was on the market! Quite impressive! Her response time and attentiveness to each and every text, call, & question we had was timely replied to (usually within a few minutes). Her staff showed the house many many times- & they also hosted an open house. We received several good offers and were thrilled to receive a CASH OFFER for over the listed asking price. From the time we accepted the cash offer to closing day was right around FIFTEEN DAYS! Amazing! We would Highly recommend Monica Benavides & her MBTeam!Thanks Monica!

The experience I had selling my home with Monica was outstanding. Monica met with me and told me that my house was immaculate and she could sell it. We went over the particulars and I agreed to have Monica and her team sell my house. The first day of showing Monica had several offers. We took one of the offers and within approx 30 days everything was finalized. Everything Monica said she would do she did. Monica kept me updated on every step of the sell. Monica went above and beyond taking care of my home deal. Monica is not an 8 to 5 Realtor, she puts in whatever time it takes. Monica put my mind at ease and she did all the work. Outstanding. I will recommend Monica Benavides to any one who is selling or buying. I have to add that I found out about Monica from a stranger in a restaurant who heard me talking about thinking of selling my home.
