My partner and I had the wonderful privilege of working with Sahar Saidi for the purchase of our first home. From the very first day, she helped us navigate everything from our first offer to negotiations and, finally, closing. She is very responsive and was able to help us keep to our original projected closing date by communicating with the seller's realtor up until I was signing closing documents. She and her team are experienced and well-trained. I will 100% be reaching out to Sahar for any future home purchases I plan on making.

Buying a home, from looking for the perfect house to signing on closing day, is a complex process with a lot of moving parts. The mortgage company, the multiple inspections that may be needed, the sellers agent, the seller, and all the documentation that needs to be signed! It can be incredibly overwhelming and stressful because this is probably one of the biggest purchases you’re ever likely to make. I was ready to buy a house, and thankfully a good friend recommended Steve Radolinski and his excellent team at New Mexico Home Deals. Never once did I feel pressured by any sales tactics, instead I felt like I had a good friend who was sharing his experience and expertise with me, staying by my side and calmly walking me through a process that was often more complicated than I first thought it would be. And when I was faced with making a decision about something that needed to be done I would ask Steve for advice and he would give me a few options and explain what I needed to know. Once I made a decision and let Steve know, my next question would inevitably be - so what do I have to do now? And Steve’s reply was always - don’t worry I’ll get it all taken care of. That’s the kind of person you need in your corner and by your side when you are buying a home! And the rest of the team was just as helpful and reassuring from start to finish during this whole process: Patrisha, Sahar, and Charmaine. I also have to say that all of Steve’s recommendations, from mortgage lender, to inspectors, to referrals for repairs, were all prompt, professional, and courteous. It was always a great relief when Steve would let me know that he and his team would take care of scheduling and coordinating anything that needed to get done once I had decided what I wanted to do. And I have to stress again that I never felt pressured or pushed to make a decision that I wasn’t comfortable with. Steve has a great deal of experience with every part of the process, and numerous contacts with people he trusts to do whatever might need to get done. To be able to rely on that and put my trust in him and know that he was there to take care of me and do what was best for me - that is more than you could ever hope for when buying a home!A very good friend of mine recommended Steve and his team to me, so let me pass along that favor and whole heartedly recommend Steve and his team when you need to buy or sell a home. They make a difficult and stressful process incredibly easy and stress free. It’ll be the best decision you’ll ever make when it comes to buying a home!

It’s been about 17 years since we purchased a home. Out of pure chance, we found a home that we fell in love it. We went from not even thinking about moving to full on move mode. When we decided to list, Uri, Stephen and the entire team, really got the wheels rolling. We were given excellent guidance, suggestions and support along the entire journey. Many of my selling/buying questions popped into my head late at night and they were always answered promptly. Uri & team went to bat for us on the new house and because of their diligence, our offer was accepted. Uri sold our current home during the FIRST open house and we are closing in one month one both homes in one month. This is the second time we’ve bought and sold using Steve and his team. Hopefully we won’t need a real estate again anytime soon, but if we do, we’ll call Steve. He proved his knowledge of the whole ABQ market because these transactions were from the Foothills to the West side and back again. Steve’s market analysis of the homes we were selling was right on, in both cases, we sold in a matter of days and above list. Steve and his team was always available for questions and kept us updated on all aspects of both the selling and buying sides of the transaction, even nights and weekends. He is easy to work with, knowledgable, and does what he says he will without having to remind him, he’s been a pleasure to work with.

I received a recommendation to use Steve and his team and I am so glad we did! I received a job offer for an opportunity out of state and called Steve on a Tuesday evening. He showed up same day and we formulated a competitive plan to list our home. We had the home listed within 2 days of our meeting with a full marketing package including professional photos and video tours of our home. Steve and his team conducted two open house the first weekend. As a result of the open houses, we received multiple offers that weekend and went under contract after 3 days of active listing. He walked us through the entire process and let us know what to expect. He was realistic and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the deal. This was our third home that we sold and the process was incredibly smooth. Definitely recommend Steve and his team. They are great to work with and are their through the entire process.
