All the while, she was compassionate, upbeat, determined, kind-hearted, and professional. Gretchen was our friend before she became our realtor, and we wondered how that would work out, but she rose to the occasion and never blurred the line. In the end, she patiently and carefully helped us sell a house we loved in favor of buying our forever home, and she was always helpful but never pushy, answering difficult questions that we posed to her with aplomb. She was nimble, creative, and even fun to work with. Highly recommended, indeed!
