After they helped us find our previous home in 2019, we knew we wanted to work with them again to find this next house. Their team goes above and beyond to make sure you find and get your dream home. They always made themselves available to chat through questions, shared off-market listings, and proactively targeted houses in areas we liked. 10/10!!! We had the BEST first home buying experience all thanks to the Patterson group and our amazing realtor Paige! She is clearly very knowledgable and knows the Alexandria area very well. She was attentive, responsive, kind, patient, professional and very accommodating. She helped us explore the area, get a feel for the houses and was able to quickly find our dream home! I never thought we would actually find a home in this crazy market but Paige made it happen. She made buying our first home buying experience go so easy and smoothly. My wife and I worked with Paige Patterson - SHE WAS PHENOMENAL. A tremendous listener, always professional and punctual, knows the Northern VA real estate market inside and out. From taking the time to walk through countless homes, coaching us on what to look for/avoid, keeping us honest with our budget goals - Paige was a dream come true for two first-time homebuyers. And even on the super rare occasions Paige was unavailable to meet us, she ensured one of her colleagues were available (note: Maria Bowman is awesome too!).
