Jeff did an excellent jib of guiding me through the process. He was extremely helpful with recommendation on how to get my house ready for sale thus ensuring a quick sale at a good price. He was also excellent in guiding me thru the inspections and other activities leading to the closing. His experise was excellent. And the whole team was great support.

What do you think of this? Did you have to write one too or just want me to do it-Where do I even begin?From the very first conversation, Lindsay was an absolute legend. Knowledgeable, kind, approachable, patient, and always willing to answer the million questions we threw her way. Buying and selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, but Lindsay somehow managed to make us feel supported, informed, and reassured every step of the way.What started as selling our house turned into quite the adventure. We sold our home in just three days and then found ourselves racing against the clock to find a new one. We found a house we loved, put in an offer, had it accepted, and thought we were all set. Then, just two days before closing, unexpected property line issues surfaced and the entire purchase fell through.To say we were devastated would be an understatement.At that point, we were already packed up, living on air mattresses, and wondering if we'd ever find the right place. Through all of it, Lindsay never wavered. She kept showing up, kept encouraging us, kept searching, and kept reminding us that we'd find the house that was meant for us, even when we weren't so sure ourselves.Another month of searching later, throwing all our eggs into one basket and hoping for the best, we finally found it. Our dream home. Our dream location. Everything we had been looking for and more.People always say, "When it happens, it'll all be worth it," and "Everything happens for a reason." I'll admit, there were moments when we felt pretty cynical about those sayings. But looking back now, they were right. Had that first house worked out, we never would have ended up where we are today.Lindsay wasn't just our realtor—she was our guide, our sounding board, our voice of reason, and sometimes our therapist through one of the most stressful periods of our lives. She patiently put up with my endless messages, GIFs, memes, moments of panic, and all the emotional highs and lows that came along with this journey. She genuinely cared about finding the right home for our family, not just closing a deal, and by the end of it all, we truly felt like we had gained a friend.We cannot thank her enough for her hard work, dedication, honesty, and endless patience. I worked with Jessica Xavier of Slocum. This is my first time purchasing a home and she made the process straight forward and easy. She was always responsive to my texts and made sure she was at every showing as well as to important appointments after my offer was accepted. We were also dealing a with a difficult seller who was not very open to negotiation but she was able to help me get the deal done. She also connected me with both my mortgage broker and real estate attorney and they all worked together to make things as smoothly as possible. I would recommend Jessica and Slocum to anyone who is looking to purchase a home in the Rhode Island area.

If every buyer/seller has a realtor like Gayle in their corner, they've hit gold. She listened to all my concerns and provided answers, even if she had to look for them. When there seemed to be a problem with the city she dealt with so well, you would think it was her own home. Her advice on the best price to list my home got it sold within days. I strongly recommend her.
