We give Susie 10 stars! We worked with her a couple years ago to purchase a property. She continues to be my local resource on literally everything! Her expertise is not limited to the real estate market. She is my go-to if I need a rec for anything in SLO. The best thing about Susie is that she will continue to nurture her relationship with clients long past the initial sale/purchase transaction. I have no reservations in saying she is the best realtor around!

Without Susie as our realtor we would never be in the house we are today. She was able to negotiate the right deal for us. What really impressed me how she connected us to a lender who like Susie made the purchasing process so simple. We actually closed a week early. If you want the absolute best realtor I would call Susie.

Susie helped us with the purchase of a single-family home and we could not recommend her more – she truly cares about everyone she represents and goes above and beyond for her clients! As first-time home buyers we were nervous and overwhelmed by the process, but she patiently answered all our questions and explained every step so that we felt comfortable and informed. She provided realistic and helpful pros/cons for each property we looked at, and suggestions for future updates and renovations – we trusted her advice completely. When the perfect house popped up she got us the first showing and then proceeded to use smart and novel negotiating strategies when we entered into a bidding war. The seller ended up selecting our offer even though we were not the highest bidder, all thanks to Susie! She coordinated all the inspections for us and negotiated with the seller on repairs that were needed, advocating for us the entire time. Susie also has a trusted list of contractors that we plan to use for some of our future renovations. We are so grateful to have found Susie and would not hesitate to use her again in the future!!

We were out of state buyers looking to re-locate to San Luis Obispo and Susie couldn’t have been more helpful and professional from start to finish. We visited a few months before we officially started our search to get a feel for the area and meet Susie. From then on she kept us up to date on what was on the market and even FaceTimed us through a few houses. Once we made an offer the process went smoothly with Susie handling all f the inspections. Two years later we love our new home and our new town!
