She does more than just helping you find a house, she treats you like family and is sweet, funny and absolutely amazing. My husband and I recently relocated from out of state and actually found Teresa online. We talked on the phone and she was very helpful and told us to call her when we were ready to look at houses. She also helped us find a rental house to live in during our search that worked out great. We looked at many, many houses and Teresa was wonderful at getting appointments setup, sometimes with very little notice. She understands Tennessee Real-estate contract writing and pays great attention to detail. She wants to get the best deal for her clients and will work very hard to make them happy. She is extremely patient and will work with a client for as long as it takes, in our case 6 months, to find the perfect home. Her response time is incredibly quick, she can always be reached by text, phone or email. I would highly recommend Teresa Young.
