We are happy to join many other people before us who said "Vadim is a 5 star realtor." If this was a petition we'd enthusiastically sign it!He looked out for us throughout every step of our home purchase (even though he was hired by the seller of the home!)Vadim works hard, and he is well versed in real estate operations, making navigating through documents easy. It is likely he saved us from going nuts.He is not pushy, instead, he is fair and calm, something we appreciated about Vadim a lot. We loved doing business with him, and if we need to do real estate transaction again, he will be our go to guy! Hopefully he says yes! Thank you Vadim!

I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it has been working with Vadim. I feel so fortunate, finding you as my realtor. This is my fourth home purchase. I have never worked with a realtor with such knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. His word can be trusted. He genuinely cares and works diligently for his clients. What I really appreciated is that he worked with me on a personal level, to find the perfect home for me. During the transactions all my questions were answered, and he pointed out several things that could be problematic down the road. There was an issue that came up after the purchase, and Vadim with his integrity, stepped up and helped out to resolve. I can’t thank you enough for your sincere caring and help with this matter. What a genuinely good person. Needless to say! I would highly recommend Vadim, to anyone wanting to purchase a home.

Vadim helped us find our Dream home. It was set to be built and Vadim worked with us and the seller to negotiate a price that worked for both of us. He also worked with the seller to communicate customizations we really wanted. Before we were in contract Vadim spoke with the seller and we agreed to terms. Vadim is a man of his word. We love our new home and it wouldn’t be possible to be here with out Vadim and the builders Honesty and integrity. I would refer him to anyone buying a home ! Thanks Vadim

This young handsome person - Vadim - did absolutely great job that probably very few would. After reviewing the property, we immediately gave a verbal offer to which he agreed (also verbally) since it was his own property. At this point it was not an official contract yet. Later we learned that shortly after our offer, he had another offer, tens of thousands higher than the one we offered. Yet, Vadim did not change his mind, he kept the promise. That tells volumes of his values and ones of the family he is raised in. Needless to say, thorough the process Vadim was always honest, open, reachable, and professional. God Bless You Vadim!

I would like to start by thanking Vadim for being so patient with us. We finally bought our first home after a long search. This was made possible through prayer and having a good realtor. We liked the house immediately and told Vadim to place an offer, which he did. What he didn't tell us is that he wrote the offer up taking less commission for himself, which meant more money for the seller. There were multiple offers, and the two highest were mine and another all cash offer. The seller decided to go with the offer Vadim wrote up. This small gesture is one of the contributing factors in us finally owning a home, even in a really tough market. The loan officer he recommended also was very helpful and very informative through the whole process. I trusted in Vadim from the very start of our search. To add to it all, I was given a gift card when Vadim delivered me the keys to my house. Vadim was full of surprises and very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home. Vlad.

We closed!! Thank you Vadim for all of your help. Going into this, Vadim didn't know us from Adam. He was the listing agent, and he represented us as the buyers. He treated us as if we were his clients from day one. He made the process for us very easy and helped us with any request or question that came up throughout our escrow.
