Andrew and his entire team were highly skilled in helping us through this stressful process.From the beginning, when establishing the asking the price, through the closing Andrew was honest and provided excellent advice and counsel.I would like to emphasize he and his team's outstanding responsiveness in answering questions and addressing issues.I would not consider anyone else to assist in selling or buying a property.

We chose to have Andrew represent us when selling our home since he had done an excellent job representing us when buying our new home. He has an excellent staff who keep you on track every step of the way in the purchasing and selling process. Andrew gave us excellent advice concerning what to do to get top dollar for the house we sold. We had two solid offers, one over listing price, the day after the house was listed. Everything in the buying and selling process fell into place smoothly right up to the closing on our old home and our new home. We had not bought or sold a house in many years and Andrew and his staff were patient about answering our questions. Andrew and his team use up to date tools to feature properties and to streamline all processes involved with buying and processing. Andrew has many years of experience and I recommend listening to his advice if you want to sell as an optimum price.

Andrew Gaydosh has a plan..he works the plan and the plan works, he’s pleasant but straight with you. He communicates frequently so you don’t have to wonder how things are going. His support staff are there for you with answers before you get your questions ready. Very professional.
