I would highly recommend Jon as a Realtor to anyone. Jon became My Agent and in less then a week I had my home in Contract. Jon truly cares for his customer and made sure every detail in the process was fully understood. More specifically, I worked with Todd Grandin as part of the Joh Murray real estate group. I can't recommend Todd enough. His experience and engagement surpassed anyone I have worked with in the industry in the past- which includes 4 separate moves involving more than one state and city. Todd lives in and knows the Dayton area very well. We moved to Dayton from out of state and the process took almost a year to complete. Todd was with us through it all, patiently providing input at every stage. Todd also is well connected with the various supporting functions involved in home purchase- inspection, closing, etc.

James was all we could ever ask for in a realtor. Not only was he able to get us the house we have been admiring for years that finally went on the market, despite multiple offers, but he helped us sell our house in one day for a decent amount more than we even imagined. There were several back-and-forths with the buyer’s agent that got a little stressful with us, but he handled everything quickly and efficiently and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I have been / will be recommending him to anybody who is looking to buy or sell a house. James and the Jon Murray group are a great organization and anyone would be silly to not use them.
