We have known Larry Martin for many years thru church. He came out and looked at my parents place. He gave us the home value and shared all the detailed expenses involved. Larry gave us some advice on what to do to get the home ready to sell. Right before the listing went live, we were presented with an opportunity to sell the house to the neighbors at a great cash price. Larry facilitated the sale and we were able to close in a timely matter. I would suggest Larry for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Larry was extremely helpful from the first walk through of my house to the day of closing. Every one on Larry's team that I dealt with, especially Dana, was responsive to any and all questions. One item I can't stress enough about Larry is that he is a problem solver with contacts. No matter what came up, Larry had someone to solve, repair, or replace whatever needed to be done. They handled everything. He had people to prep the home including cleaning to make the house show ready, power wash the siding, and others to handle the little issues that needed to be taken care of before the listing went live. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who wants to sell their home! Larry and team handled everything and I was comfortable enough with them to keep vacation plans, signing all the paperwork from the sale poolside at a resort in the Caribbean.

Larry and his team did an outstanding job from our first meeting to the day of closing. Every team member involved was responsive to all of our needs and helped navigate some unexpected difficulties that we encountered (not through any fault of theirs). I was very nervous going into this as I was expecting it to be very time consuming, but really, they handled everything. They assisted in getting the right people to prep the home, which included a major clean out, and from beginning to end, it was a seamless process. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who wants to sell or buy a home as their clearly vast experience and professionalism will work to your advantage.

Larry and his team did a great job selling our home. With multiple offers on our home, the team worked out all the details and delivered the offers to us with explanation of them. They also worked through us not being able to be at the closing so they arranged for a traveling notary to meet with us.

Larry and his team were phenomenal! We finally had found our dream property! Larry and his staff were extremely great communicators (something that seems to be a lost skill).
